Where do we drive?

For the best results and highest earning potential, drivers are expected to stay on the road (OTR) for a minimum of 3 to 4 consecutive weeks.

Longer availability allows dispatch to secure better load opportunities and maximize weekly revenue. Drivers who commit to extended time on the road typically see stronger and more consistent earnings.

When is payday?

Drivers get paid weekly on Fridays for the Monday-to-Monday workweek.

What are driver requirements?

You need a valid license, clean record, ability to travel out of state, and good communication skills.

Experience is preferred but not mandatory to join our team.

Do you provide fuel cards?

Yes, we offer a fuel card program to help manage expenses.

What pay structure?

We operate across the continental United States, with a strong concentration in the Midwest region. While loads can take drivers nationwide depending on market demand, most of our freight lanes frequently move through Midwestern states.

Drivers should be comfortable traveling out of state and being on the road for extended periods, as routes vary based on available loads and customer needs.

How long do drivers stay on the road?

We offer a 60/40 split after dispatch fees, ensuring fair earnings.
